About HQM Properties

HQM Properties CC was founded in Cape Town in 2004 to solve problems in the home property management market. Traditionally estate agents, neighbours, friends or relatives would find themselves looking after expat and foreign owned properties. Even with modern technology these home-owners would struggle to manage these secondary homes or investment properties. With property management not being a primary focus, it is always a matter of time before they experience poor service and disappointment. HQM exists to solve this problem, we manage your property as if it were our own.

Quinton Sole (Bcom Hons, Rhodes)

Quinton Sole is a partner at HQM, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his time working on property portfolios in the UK, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

Quinton is involved in company strategy and systems development.

Ross Kutisker-Jacobson (BBusSci, UCT)

Founding Director

Ross Kutisker-Jacobson, is one of our founding directors, has relocated to Toronto, Canada where he heads up property sales and investments through our affiliate, The Cape Toronto Investment Company.

Ross still consults and engages with strategic planning at HQM.

Grant Holton, is one of our founding directors, heads up the management team as CEO. Grant lives for service delivery and is deeply engaged in HQM`s strategy, sales and marketing.
